Happy New Year, champions of elevation!
Embarking on a new year is an opportunity to activate our dreams and reshape the destiny we envision. I’ve chosen to share my 2024 resolutions with the world, not merely as a declaration but as a pact with you, my extended family of dreamers, doers & be-ers.
There’s an undeniable vulnerability in publicizing your aspirations. By unveiling your goals, you invite accountability from friends, family, and even strangers. This external commitment adds a layer of influence, propelling you to transform intention into action. The thought of disappointing those you hold in high regard becomes a driving force, ensuring you take obedient action as often as possible.
So, as the curtain rises on 2024, I stand before you, resolute and eager to declare my aspirations. Here are my pledges guiding me toward ascension and the fulfillment of my dreams. Join me on this journey of purpose, where immediate, obedient action becomes the catalyst for our collective elevation.

MY LIST OF 2024 GOALS AND RESOLUTIONS

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
1- I will gracefully read the whole book of the Bible chronically( NIV) by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
2- 1 will gracefully do 4 different Daniel Fast by December 31, 2024, and experience joy in the process.
3-I will gracefully attend church at least once a week on Sundays somewhere in the world, December 31st, 2024.and experience joy in the process.
MIND, EMOTIONS & ADAPTABILITY
4 I will gracefully complete the 100-Day Challenge of dreams, gratitude, confessions & nutrition Journaling to help me achieve my big goals by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
5 I will gracefully complete a 30-day Evening Routine Challenge to be at my best every day by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
6 I will gracefully complete a 30-day Frustrations-Free Challenge to be more joyful and focus by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
GIVING, GENEROSITY AND FUNDRAISING GOALS:
7 I will gracefully cultivate the habit of giving more to the homeless, widows, orphan, prisoners, foreigner and those in need every opportunity I get by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
8 I will gracefully create Elevated Living to fund & Finance emerging entrepreneurs, creators, poets, pastors, authors dreams of starting a business & products line. Investing in purpose & perseverance driven creators in every continent. by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
9 I will gracefully find new organizations and non-profits to partner with to broadening my impact by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
HEALTH FITNESS & NUTRITION
10 I will gracefully complete a 15-day juice fast, cleanse my body and create Elevated energy by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
11 I will gracefully complete a hike by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
12 I will gracefully complete the 5 k by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
13 I will gracefully do Pilates at least 3 times a week, increasing my flexibility and relieving tension by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
14 I will gracefully use my PEMF Mat at least once per day (7x per week) by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process
15 I will gracefully hire an amazing personal trainer to help me get in amazing shape, and help me achieve my fitness goals by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
16 I will gracefully do a DXA Scan every 3 months to track my muscle mass, body fat and bone density by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
17 I will gracefully get a massage four per month to help me release tension and tightness from my body by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
18 I will gracefully tested at least once every year – liver, blood analysis, allergy test, hormones test, metals test by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
FINANCIAL:
19 I will gracefully have a $,5,000 stock investment portfolio by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
RELATIONSHIPS & CONNECTIONS
20 I will gracefully find and work with a divine & skilled life coach and Therapist by December 2024.and experience joy in the process.
21 I will gracefully meet with my Business Mentor from France 2 twice per month December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
22 I will gracefully start working with a Spiritual mentor by December 31 2024 and experience joy in the process.
23 I will gracefully update our Relationship Journal at least once a month, to further enhance and grow our relationship by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
BUSINESS
24 I will gracefully launch the Being Elevated Lifestyle Academy hosting digital courses for business & life for Emerging entrepreneurs Thinkers and Leaders by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
25 I will gracefully launch the Being Elevated Lifestyle book club help people become more Enlighten by December 31, 2024.and experience joy in the process.
26 I will gracefully launch Being Elevated Lifestyle merchandise by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process
27 I will easily launch a course on to writing & publishing your next book by Dec 31st 2024 and experience joy in the process.
28 I will gracefully launch fitness program by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
29 I will gracefully Publish books for authors from every Continent by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
CONTENT WRITING AND PUBLISHING
30 I will gracefully write & launch A Fasting & Mediation books that celebrate Spiritual growth, health & wellness by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
31 I will gracefully publish 200+ videos on Being Elevated Lifestyle you tube channel, while impacting thousands of lives by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
32 I will gracefully publish 400+ videos on Elevated Living, the philanthropic arm of Being Elevated Lifestyle consist of daily dose of practical wisdom to elevate & Transform your life Every donation, subscription, book purchase, or product you invest in goes to the Elevate Living Fund.
33 I will gracefully publish 200+ blog posts Being Elevated Lifestyle, while impacting thousands of lives by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
34 I will gracefully launch & publish 50+ videos on Being Elevated Lifestyle- The Steps in Between Podcast while impacting thousands of lives by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process
MARKETING
35 I will gracefully have at least 100,000 YouTube subscribers on the Being Elevated Lifestyle channel by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.

41 I will gracefully visit the highest straight drop water fall in world in Guyana-: Kaieteur Falls by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP
42 I will gracefully complete my US National Digital Speaking tour in Toastmasters by visting 1 club per week in every State by Dec 31st 2024 and experience joy in the process
43. I will gracefully deliver life changing messages, speeches & training to emerging and fortune 500 companies, groups, churches & associations around the world in areas of customers service experience, leadership, work/life balance & rhythms and experience joy in the process.
CONTINUOUS EDUCATION
44 I will gracefully apply & Start my MBA in Digital Marketing. by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
45I will gracefully earn the highest education & leadership award in Toastmasters- (DTM) Distinguish award for the 4th time by December 31 2024 and experience joy in the process.
46 I will gracefully attend the National Strength & Conditioning Association annually conference by December 31st 2024 and experience joy in the process.
47 I will gracefully read at least 20 books to enhance my knowledge, mindset and skills by December 31, 2024 and experience joy in the process.
