Reaching my lifelong fitness goals has always been a priority for me. One of these goals was to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility.
Maintaining a strong core has been a struggle for me, especially during my time as a track and field athlete and afterward, as I pursued a healthy lifestyle.
After trying various methods, I found that the most effective way to achieve results was through discipline, setting high standards for myself, and working with a training partner and personal trainer.
Recently, I realized I needed to take decisive action to push myself further. Sometimes, it takes hitting a breaking point to commit fully to a goal. And I’ve reached that point.
So, what did I decide to do?
I came up with a unique, unconventional idea that most people wouldn’t even consider. And I decided to document it in a video blog to share with you all.
