31-Day Nehemiah On Purpose Devotion: Lunchtime

* Represent my daily lifestyle activities
Nutritionally
I ate no food between sundown on Tuesday and Sundown on Wednesday, as well as Thursday from Sundown to Friday Sundown
Only water and hot black tea (no sugar)
No poultry for 40 days
Physically -Fitness
1 hour cardio – prayer walk at 6 am
Strength training
-A specific strength training program by Master Trainer
For every major muscle group
-40 – Day Pilates: Strengthen & Stretching Your Core
