All my life, I’ve been an athlete. I was sprinter through college. About a year ago, I decided to try my hand at endurance sports — triathlons and long distance running. Need less to say, the transition has been a challenge. Hareldau has helped me meet the challenge. By taking the time to assess my ability, skill set, and inquiring about my intentions. Hareldau came up with a training plan that is helping me reach my goals. Her expertise has helped me become stronger, fitter, more focused, and more importantly, more confident. In less than two months, I went from an average 5K mile pace of 10:45 to 9:15. I went from not being able to do one pull-up to being able to do 3 sets of 7. Everyday, Hareladau (gently) pushes me to reach new heights. I am confident that by next running season I will surpass my goal of an 8:30 5K mile pace in no time! Beyond Hareldau’s expertise in developing individuals into efficient runner, she is skilled at nurturing their spirit and confidence. When I explained that I viewed my training as an extension of my spiritual journey, she did not balked. She integrated my intention into my workout routines. She coached me to see that the challenges that I face and overcome in the gym are tied to my life outside the gym. My confidence in my business, personal relationships, and overall ability has grown.
